1. Laser Shaft Alignment
Shaft misalignment is one of the most common causes of premature bearing failure, excessive vibration and seal damage in rotating equipment. Our laser shaft alignment service uses state-of-the-art alignment tools to accurately measure and correct misalignment in both horizontal and vertical planes — returning your equipment to optimal running condition. All alignment results are fully documented and provided in a report for your records.
2. Flange Management
We provide full flange management services for oil & gas and industrial pipeline systems. Proper bolted joint integrity is critical to preventing leaks and ensuring safe plant operation. Our trained technicians carry out all flange works to the correct procedures and torque specifications, with full bolted joint documentation provided on completion.
3. Pump Repair & Overhaul
We provide comprehensive repair and overhaul services for industrial pumps of all types and makes. Our scope covers the full repair cycle — from initial strip-down and inspection through to parts replacement, reassembly, balancing and performance testing — returning your pump to original manufacturer specifications. Works are carried out at our workshop or on-site at your facility depending on the scope and urgency of the repair.
4. Valve Services
Our valve service team provides a full range of valve repair, overhaul and testing services for industrial pipelines and process plant systems. We handle all types of industrial valves including gate, globe, ball, butterfly and check valves used in oil & gas, petrochemical and process environments. All valve works are completed with full documentation including inspection reports
5. Hydraulic & Pneumatic Winch Services
We provide full maintenance, repair and commissioning services for hydraulic and pneumatic winches used in marine, offshore and industrial applications. Our technicians are experienced with a wide range of winch makes and models, carrying out both scheduled maintenance and emergency breakdown works to keep your equipment operational and safe at all times.
6. High Pressure Testing
We carry out hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing for pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process equipment in compliance with standards. All testing is conducted by experienced technicians using calibrated test equipment, with full test documentation and pressure test certificates provided upon completion.
7. Equipment Preservation & Maintenance
We provide long-term preservation and routine maintenance services for rotating equipment that is idle, in storage or awaiting recommissioning. Our preservation programs are designed to protect your equipment from corrosion, contamination and deterioration — maintaining asset condition and reducing recommissioning time and costs when the equipment is returned to service.
8. Piping & Fabrication Works
Our piping and fabrication team carries out on-site piping works and spool fabrication for refineries, petrochemical plants and industrial facilities. We work alongside plant maintenance and project teams to deliver quality piping works safely and on schedule, in accordance with applicable drawings and specifications.
9. Mechanical & Hydraulics Spare Parts Supplying
We supply a comprehensive range of mechanical and hydraulic spare parts & hydraulic fittings & high pressure hoes for rotating equipment plant across Singapore. Our parts sourcing team works with established suppliers and distributors to provide quality components at competitive lead times — supporting both planned maintenance requirements and emergency breakdown situations where fast parts availability is critical to minimising downtime.
10. Manpower Supply
We supply certified and experienced electricians, mechanical fitters and general construction workers for both short-term and long-term project assignments across Singapore. We have trained and ready to mobilise at short notice, providing reliable and competent workers for construction projects of all sizes.
